3M's Digital License Plate (DLP) System seamlessly integrates your vehicle registration data with plate production to quickly and accurately produce high-quality plates. Our flexible, automated system lets you print plates on demand and print bar codes on plates to augment logistical functions.

The machine draws 3M Reflective License Plate Sheeting directly from the roll, strips off the liner and rolls the sheeting down onto the metal stock in one controlled operation.

3M™ Digital Validation System

Automate production of registration forms, license plate decals and window stickers -- seamlessly integrate with your vehicle renewal data. Our Digital Validation System allows you to print-on-demand, at a central office as well as branches, and can print variable data to match plate and sticker numbers. You can choose between our Thermal Imaging System or Laser Imaging System.

3M's Laser Imaging System is available in a wide array of configurations according to the design customers require. Choose from a variety of printers, toners, validation forms using state-of-the-art software.

• 3M™ Thermal Imaging System (VP5000)

Our Thermal Imaging System offers solvent-free thermal transfer printing which means no hazardous waste. The 3M VP5000 is a computer-driven system to economically print bar codes, vehicle plate numbers and VIN numbers in consecutive or non-consecutive numerical order.

3M's thermal imaging tabletop systems print, laminate and cut roll goods into sheets or individual stickers -- all with built-in flexibility that allows for convenient printing of window or die-cut stickers.

3M™ Electronic Vehicle Registration System

Electronic Vehicle Registration (EVR) uses Radio Frequency Identification technology to electronically identify vehicles and validate the identity, status, and authenticity of vehicle data. The EVR system solution enables automated compliance monitoring of all vehicle registration requirements within a state/country.
