3M™ Diamond Grade™ Reflective Products Diamond Grade work zone sheetings are highly reflective and durable prismatic material used for the construction of work zone signs and devices. These reflective sheetings offers unique optics and construction, meeting a wide variety of device design and substrates requirements.
3M™ Diamond Grade™ Fluorescent Orange Sheeting Series 3924S

3924 fluorescent orange microprismatic reflective sheeting is used for the production of high quality work zone signs. Highly visible at wide angles in daytime, twilight, inclement weather and at night. Exceeds specification ASTM D 4956-04, Types VII, VIII, IX.
3924 with white pressure sensitive adhesive covers signs with legends so that original images will not be visible. The sheeting is available in full rolls, pennant shaped pre-cut sheets, and pre-cut screen ready sheets.

3M™ Diamond Grade™ Flexible Fluorescent Drum Sheeting Series 3910

Series 3910 flexible fluorescent drum sheeting is a highly reflective, flexible, prismatic lens sheeting pre-coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. This sheeting is used on reboundable, plastic substrate work zone traffic control devices such as drums, posts and tubes.

3M™ Diamond Grade™ Linear Delineation System Series 344/346
 |
Linear delineation system (LDS) panels are fabricated from 3M™ Diamond Grade™ Reflective Sheeting laminated onto thin gauge aluminum. LDS panels are formed to a unique shape and applied to concrete barriers and metal guardrails providing retroreflection across a wide range of entrance and observation angles.
The linear delineation system’s unique mounting techniques enable easy application and allow road crews to complete installation of over a 1000-foot section in about six hours. LDS panels are available in 4 and 6 inch widths. Available colors include red, white, fluorescent yellow and fluorescent orange.
3M™ Application Brackets
Brackets used to apply 3M™ Diamond Grade™ Linear Delineation System reflective panels to guardrail. One LDS panel will require 3 brackets. Available in cartons of 150.

3M™ Diamond Grade™ DG³ Pre-Striped Barricade Sheeting Series 444/446

Series 444/446 pre-striped barricade sheeting is a state-of-the art, wide-angle, full cube, impact-resistant, prismatic reflective sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive for use on work zone traffic control barricades. The sheeting is pre-striped at a 45-degree angle in 4-inch or 6-inch orange and white stripes, and may be used on aluminum or wood substrates. Proposed ASTM D 4956-04, Type XI.

3M™ High Intensity and High Intensity Prismatic Grade Work Zone Sheeting High intensity grade work zone sheetings are durable, bright, wide-angle reflective material for the production of construction or maintenance work zone traffic control signs and devices. Now available in a prismatic version, this unique product construction meets a variety of work zone applications.
Clearly visible at viewing angles of 30 degrees or more, so even misaligned signs or signs placed at an angle can be seen by approaching drivers.
3M™ High Intensity Grade Cone Sheeting Series 3840

Series 3840 cone sheeting is a plasticizer-resistant, reflective sheeting designed for reflectorizing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) traffic cones. Sheeting is made specifically for the shape and chemistry of PVC traffic cones. Its unique design provides excellent wide-angle reflectivity, giving the cone its full width appearance at night. Exceeds specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type III, Reboundable.
Vinyl traffic cones properly reflectorized with Series 3840 sheeting comply with Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) requirements for highway and utility use. Available to fit a variety of cone sizes, packaged 100 pieces per carton.

3M™ High Intensity Grade Prismatic Pre-Striped Barricade Sheeting Series 334/336

Series 334/336 pre-striped orange and white barricade sheeting is impact resistant prismatic lens reflective sheeting precoated with pressure sensitive adhesive for work zone traffic control barricades. For use on aluminum, wood and (flame treated) rigid plastic boards or panels. Exceeds specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type III and Type IV.
Series 334/336 sheeting is available in 4 and 6 inch widths and may be applied to barricade panels using a hand squeeze roll applicator or by hand. This sheeting is not recommended for reboundable plastic devices such as drums or cones.

3M™ Engineer Grade Work Zone Sheeting Engineer grade work zone sheeting is a reflective material used in the production of retroreflective work zone signs and devices. Available for use with both rigid and flexible substrates. Sheeting is intended to have a similar appearance when viewed in daylight or by retroreflected light at night.
3M™ Engineer Grade Pre-Striped Orange-White Barricade Sheeting Series CW44/46

Series CW44/46 sheeting is pre-striped with alternating 4-inch or 6-inch orange and white stripes running diagonally across the sheeting at an angle of 45 degrees. This sheeting is intended to have a similar appearance when viewed in daylight or by retroreflected light at night. Series CW44/46 sheeting is available with orange and white stripes, in 4 and 6 inch widths for both left and right side applications dependent on what direction traffic needs to move.

3M™ Engineer Grade Sign and Drum Wrap Sheeting Series CW80

Series CW80 sign and drum wrap sheeting is a durable, enclosed lens work zone sheeting used on signs and reboundable polyethylene work devices. This durable sheeting is intended to have a similar appearance when viewed in daylight or by retroreflected light at night. Exceeds ASTM D 4956-04, Type I.Series CW80 sheeting has a pressure sensitive adhesive and is available in white and orange.

3M™ Roll Up Sign Sheeting Roll-up sign sheeting is available in both Diamond Grade and standard vinyl materials and is used for the production of roll-up work zone and emergency traffic control signs. These sheetings are designed to provide higher nighttime sign brightness and durability, and are portable for use in temporary work zones, utility work areas and emergency traffic situations.
3M™ Diamond Grade™ Roll-Up Sign Sheeting Series RS20

Series RS20 roll-up sign sheeting is highly reflective, wide-angle, prismatic material made from 3M™ Diamond Grade™ Reflective Sheeting and is used for the production of roll-up work zone traffic control signs. This sign sheeting is designed to provide higher nighttime sign brightness than sheeting that uses glass bead lenses. Exceeds specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type VI. Series RS20 sheeting is available in white (RS20) or orange (RS24) and is backed with a strong, flexible, vinyl coated fabric for added durability.

3M™ Vinyl Roll-Up Sign Sheeting Series RS30

Series RS30 vinyl roll-up sign sheeting consists of retroreflective microprisms formed on a flexible, glossy and UV-stabilized polymeric film, designed for the production of roll up traffic control signs. This sign sheeting is designed to provide higher nighttime sign brightness. Exceeds specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type VI.
Series RS30 sheeting is sealed and backed with a heavy-duty vinyl coated fabric. Available in fluorescent pink, fluorescent orange and white. The highly visible fluorescent pink color provides motorists with the visual cues needed for safe navigation through an emergency scene.

3M™ Temporary Pavement Markings Temporary pavement marking tapes include the only truely wet reflective continuous longitudinal pavement marking. 3M's wet reflective removable pavement marking tape and removable black line tape are durable for the duration of the construction season and are quickly and easily removed after use.

Series 145 removable black line mask is a non-reflective preformed, patterned, black pavement marking tape used to mask existing lane lines and gore markings. Series 145 tape is wide enough to cover existing markings with a single taped line. Performs for duration of construction season. 3M™ Stamark™ Wet Reflective Removable Tape Series 780
Series 780 is a comformable, removable tape that utilizes specially designed optics for high reflectivity under both wet and dry conditions. Skid resistant and coated with pressure sensitive adhesive, Series 780 is designed for longitudinal line applications in work zones; available in pre-cut symbols and legends. Performs for the duration of the construction season.
