These reflective sheetings offers unique optics and construction, meeting a wide variety of device design and substrates requirements.

The Electronic Roll Feed (ERF) System is designed to laminate pre-printed graphic sheeting onto a license plate blank.

3M™ Reflective License Plate Sheeting
|
Series 3910 flexible fluorescent drum sheeting is a highly reflective, flexible, prismatic lens sheeting pre-coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. This sheeting is used on reboundable, plastic substrate work zone traffic control devices such as drums, posts and tubes.
Colored or white reflective sheeting used to produce license plates via the conventional manufacturing process.
This preclear reflective license plate sheeting is designed for use in fabrication of reflective license plates. Series 4550 sheeting is used for fabrication of annual plates whereas Series 4770 is for multi-year license plates. You have the option with both of these series to add the 3M™ Ensure™ Emblem or Ensure™ Virtual Security Thread for added security

3M™ Roll Coat Colors

Solvent-based process color inks used with preclear sheeting to make the finished license plates available in either transparent or opaque come in a variety of colors.

3M™ Squeeze-Roll Applicator
|
Power operated 16 inch Squeeze Roll Applicator (SRA), allows preprinted graphic reflective sheeting to be uniformly applied to the metal substrate.
The machine draws 3M Reflective License Plate Sheeting directly from the roll, strips off the liner and rolls the sheeting down onto the metal stock in one controlled operation.

3M™ Validation Products

Dramatically improve officials ability to accurately see and identify vehicles with 3M's fully reflective stickers. Not only are these stickers difficult to remove, but they can also be seen at night from over 100 meters away. Each year the printed color of the stickers may be changed for easy identification and revenue collection.
With our fully reflective stickers, 3M also offers the Ensure™ Image, an advanced security validation system permanently placed within the reflective sticker, making it virtually impossible to duplicate.

3M™ Detector Loop Sealant 5000

3M detector loop sealant encapsulates, insulates and protects the wires of a detector loop from the effects of the harsh roadway environment. In temperature extremes, it retains flexibility so the wires are continuously protected to prevent loop failure.
