3M™ Diamond Grade™ DG³ Reflective Sheeting Series 4000

Benefits:
Series 4000 DG³ is a state-of-the-art, full cube prismatic reflective sheeting that delivers optimal performance at all sight distances. Its optical elements return almost 60 percent of available light to drivers—nearly double that of other prismatic sheetings. DG³ sheeting is a proposed ASTM Type XI and is designed as a replacement for all types of reflective sign sheetings in use today.
DG³ sheeting has pressure sensitive adhesive and may be applied by hand squeeze roll applicator or mechanical squeeze roll applicator. Screen process with 3M™ Process Color Series 880I or Series 880-00.

3M™ Diamond Grade™ VIP Reflective Sheeting Series 3990

Series 3990 reflective sheeting is a highly reflective, durable, microprismatic sheeting used for signs that need to be highly visible in all light and weather conditions. Series 3990 reflective sheeting performs well at short sight distances. Meets specification ASTM D 4956-04, Type IX.
Series 3990 sheeting has pressure sensitive adhesive and may be applied by hand squeeze roll applicator or mechanical squeeze roll applicator. Screen process with 3M™ Process Color Series 880I or Series 880-00.

3M™ Diamond Grade™ Fluorescent Reflective Sheeting

Diamond Grade fluorescent reflective sheetings use prismatic and fluorescent technology to provide excellent visibility at dawn, dusk and during inclement weather. This sheeting combines the impact of fluorescent color for daytime driving with high reflectivity adding increased visibility for nighttime conditions.

3M™ Driver Feedback Sign

Driver feedback signs are designed to communicate speed of travel to the driver through a combination of radar, LEDs and 3M™ Diamond Grade™ Fluorescent Yellow-Green Reflective Sheeting. Signs have a high impact, polycarbonate face with UV inhibitor and can be programmed to flash when motorists exceed the speed limit. Studies show feedback signs are effective in slowing motorists down.
Vandal and tamper-resistant enclosure. Signs are AC powered for 24/7 operation or solar/battery power options are available when limited run times are acceptable. Features also available include software for scheduling on/off times of operation, “slow now” message, and the ability to download speed data from the sign. Speed data is analyzed using the 3M™ DFS Reporter Macro.

3M™ Diamond Grade™ Linear Delineation System

Linear delineation system (LDS) panels are fabricated from 3M™ Diamond Grade™ Reflective Sheeting laminated onto thin gauge aluminum. LDS panels are formed to a unique shape and applied to concrete barriers and metal guardrails providing retroreflection across a wide range of entrance and observation angles.
The linear delineation system’s unique mounting techniques enable easy application and allow road crews to complete installation of over a 1000-foot section in about six hours. LDS panels are available in 4 and 6 inch widths. Available colors include red, white, fluorescent yellow and fluorescent orange.
