Product Description/Application Ideas
3M™ Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive TC-2707 Reworkable 2-part epoxy for high adhesion with thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/m-K. Handleability in as little as 10 minutes. Flows into micro-spaces for ultra-thin bondline with low thermal impedance. Low CL ion content and outgassing.
3M™ Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive TC-2810 Reworkable 2-part epoxy for high adhesion with thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m-K. Low viscosity is excellent for potting applications. Low CL ion content and outgassing.
