A system of checks and balances
Before a product or service ever reaches your practice, a wide range of research, clinical studies and evaluation goes into it. First, we evaluate and apply existing technology. Next, findings from accepted university and dentist-originated studies are analysed and applied. Then, 3M ESPE conducts its own research, both in lab and bench studies, and in controlled, clinical use evaluations.

The final proving ground is at national and international conferences. 3M ESPE regularly seeks insight from hundreds of opinion leaders on new ideas. We make sure your perspective – and the perspective of your colleagues – is reflected in the products we bring to market
